Yes, you are allowed to bring your bicycles on a bike rack mounted on the car's tow bar.
This is permitted as long as the total length of the car – including the bike rack and bicycles – does not exceed 6 metres.
If the total length exceeds 6 metres, your ticket must be changed to a ticket for “car with trailer” before departure.
